Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Boil eggs, peel and cut in halves.
    How to boil eggs
  • Using a spoon scoop out the yolks and add to a small bowl mash up the egg yolk using a fork. Set the egg whites aside.
  • Mix in the mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar. Using a popping bag or a spoon, fill each egg white with the creamy mixture.
    How to pipe or spoon deviled eggs
  • Sprinkle the eggs with paprika and garnish.
    Refrigerate until you are ready to serve your eggs.

Notes
