HOW BOEREWORS IS MADE

- 6 Medium Russet Potatoes
- 250 g Boerewors Sausage
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Teaspoon parsley
- Wash,peel and cut Potatos into wedges.
- Soak potatoes in ice cold water for 15 minutes.
- Boil the potatoes,add a teaspoon of tumeric and salt then drain.
- Place the wedges on a baking pan.preheat oven to 170°.
- Give both the Wedges and sausage a lightly coating of cooking oil.
- Insert a kebab stick/skewer into the boerewors to maintain moisture and flavor.
- Grill for 20 minutes 8. Grill the sausage for 10 minutes on both sides.
- Squeeze lemon over both the wedges and sausage a minute before taking them out of the oven.
- Sprinkle some Parsley over wedges and serve warm.
