MEAT PIE INGREDIENTS

This easy pie recipe will teach you how to make meat pie dough recipe from scratch.
Flour: Use all-purpose flour. It works for almost all the recipes and works great to make homemade pie pastry.

Butter: I used unsalted butter. A great replacement for butter is margarine or vegetable cooking oil. You can also combine butter and margarine in a 50/50 ratio.

Ground beef: I usually use beef to make my meat pie, but I’ve used minced beef occasionally and the results were always remarkable. In my opinion, a meat pie made with ground beef is more delicious than one made with steak. I still love my steak pie,, though.

Vegetables: I can’t imagine having a homemade pie or store-bought pie without vegetables. Veggies five pies extra deliciousness. Here are the vegetables I used for my minced meat pie with vegetables. Carrots, Potatoes, tomatoes, and Onion.

Olive oil: I used two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to fry my ground beef.

Seasoning: Beef stock and ground onion.

Salt: A pinch in the filling and a pinch in the dough.

Iced water: I used iced water to make the dough.
