Beef Trotters
Ingredients
- 2 pound cow foot
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 spring onion
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat a pot with 2 tablespoons of oil. Add onion and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add paprika, powdered onion and salt. Stir for a minute.
- Clean cow foot, add in a pot and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add 6 cups of water. Bring to boil and simmer for 2 – 3 hours.
- About 20 minutes before it is ready, add chopped tomatoes and green onion. Simmer for 10 minutes.
